R & C Quality Painting's Warranty

R & C Quality Painting warrants materials used and labor on all jobs which we do for a period of 2 years for all paint failures or fading.  R & C Quality Painting will supply the materials and labor at no additional costs to repair and correct the problems.  Our Warranty is in lieu of all other warranty's implied or expressed. 

R & C Quality Painting's warranty does not include damages whether incidental or consequential caused by the following:

  • Seasonal temperature changes

  • Moisture

  • Settlement

  • Foundation/Dwelling expansion/contraction cracking

  • Accidental

  • Abuse

  • Dirt or other miscellaneous particles which changes appearance of materials such as discolorations or paint peeling.

R & C Quality Painting will properly prepare all cracks as specified on our written estimate/contract during the process of preparing your home for paint.  At no time will cracking be covered under any warranty issued by R & C Quality Painting.
